CST TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC (“CST”) is an international company, headquartered in the United States, that identifies and commercializes leading-edge technologies in a number of fields, with an emphasis on medicine and agriculture. The Company has very good relationships in the Peoples’ Republic of China (“PRC”), so it is natural that a lot of the commercialization work takes place in China – whether for the Company’s own products, or on behalf of clients that have retained CST to assist in commercializing their products or technologies in China.

The Company’s Divisions and an affiliated organization are described below, with links to other pages on this web site. In all of the Company’s activities, management respects the following core principles:

• China is a great country with a proud history, and is now becoming a great world power.
• The way to do business successfully in China is to greatly respect its people. In part, this means that one must offer them only the very best technologies. It also means that one must arrange for cultural and scientific exchange programs, in which China’s experts are invited to the U.S. to be trained in the technology being offered, and where Western experts who are highly experienced in the technology travel to China to visit with and advise that nation’s great institutions.
• In following these “win-win” principles, CST (and its client companies) will always be trusted, and will always be viewed as Friends of China.

CST DIVISIONS:

CST Wound Care, LLC
This Division provides cutting-edge technologies to speed the closure of acute and chronic wounds, such as burns, trauma, diabetic leg ulcers, bedsores, etc.

CST Growth, LLC
This Division has the patents on “PPFM” bacteria, which, when applied to plants, greatly increase biomass and crop yields, while at the same time increasing the plant’s resistance to drought, insects, and pathogens (such as bacteria and fungi).

CST Gateway Technologies, LLC
This Division helps client companies to obtain regulatory approval and commercial success in China. While there is an emphasis on drugs and medical devices, CST has the ability to facilitate any transaction, in any sector.

CST Disaster Preparedness, LLC
This Division facilitates the transfer, where allowed, of “countermeasures” that can decrease the effects of biological, chemical, or radioactive weapons of mass destruction.

Affiliated Groups:

Affiliated Wound Care Centers: CST’s Wound Care Division is affiliated with 13 wound care centers in the U.S., 4 of them in Indiana and 9 of them in Pennsylvania. These are the primary sites where CST Wound Care trains Chinese physicians who come to the U.S. for training through CST’s cultural and scientific exchange program.
